What you can expect on your first visit:
First you will need to fill out some paperwork...some forms are for the doctor so we can get to the cause of your problem...the other set of forms is for your insurance company.

Second, you will meet with the doctor who will listen to your current concerns and also learn about your health history.
Next we will do a thorough examination to find the underlying CAUSES of your health concern. Imaging studies such as X-rays or MRI will be ordered if needed.
After studying all health information, the doctor will personally meet with you at a follow up visit to go over the findings with you and your family.
Finally, several different options for care will be given. You will then choose an option that fits your goals and objectives
